This Privacy Policy explains how SuperStudio ("the app", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our mobile app and website. By using the app, you accept the practices described in this policy.
In short: We only collect the data needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and data at any time.
1. Data We Collect
Account Information
- Name, surname and email address
- Phone number (optional — if you provide it for contact and reminders)
- Role (coach or member)
- Profile photo (optional)
Training & Health Data
- Training programs, set/rep/weight logs
- Body measurements and progress data (to the extent you enter them)
- Session attendance and goal information
Apple Health (HealthKit)
If you enable Apple Health, SuperStudio saves your completed workouts (start time, end time, duration) to Apple Health. We only write workouts; we never read your health data. This data stays on your device: it is not sent to our servers, not used for ads or analytics, and not shared. You can turn it off anytime in SuperStudio settings or in iOS Settings → Health.
Membership & Payment Information
- Membership package, dues amount and due date
- Dues payment status recorded by your coach or studio (paid / unpaid, payment date)
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details or any other payment instrument. SuperStudio does not process payments; dues entries are records kept solely for tracking purposes.
Usage & Device Data
- App usage statistics and error logs
- Device type, operating system and app version
- Push notification token (if you allow notifications)
2. How We Use Data

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only in the following cases:
- Coach–member relationship: If you are connected to a coach, your training, progress and dues records are shared with that coach.
- Service providers: Trusted partners providing hosting, analytics and push notification infrastructure (only as much as needed to run the service).
- Legal obligation: Where required by applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period (at most 30 days), except where legal retention obligations apply.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your data and request a copy
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to data processing

6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption, access control and secure hosting. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
SuperStudio is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data belonging to a child under 13, we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. The current version is always available on this page.
