These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperStudio app ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Description of the Service
SuperStudio is a mobile app that lets coaches and studios manage their members, training programs and progress data. Members can follow assigned programs and keep their workout logs.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for your account security and the confidentiality of your password.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Share illegal, harmful content or content that violates others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
- Use another user's account without permission
4. Health Disclaimer
SuperStudio is an exercise and tracking tool; it does not provide medical advice. You are advised to consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You alone are responsible for your training decisions and physical health.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All rights, including the app, logo, design and software, belong to SuperStudio. The data you enter (programs, logs) belongs to you; you grant us only the usage rights needed to provide the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period and cancellation terms are stated at the time of purchase. In-app purchases are subject to the rules of the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play).
7. Termination of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
