Deleting In-App
The fastest way to delete your account is in the app:
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted.
Deletion Request by Email
If you can't access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from your account's registered email address to support@getsuperstudio.com. Once we verify your identity, we will process your request.
Important: Account deletion cannot be undone. Deleted workout logs, programs and progress data cannot be recovered.
Which Data Is Deleted?
- Your account and profile information (name, email, photo)
- Your training programs and logs
- Your progress, measurement and goal data
- Your push notification token and usage data
How Long Does It Take?
Once a deletion request is received, your data is permanently removed from our systems within at most 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. invoice records) may be kept only for the relevant legal period and with restricted access.
Coach–Member Data
If you are a member connected to a coach, your personal data is deleted when you delete your account. Anonymous/aggregate statistics kept in your coach's own records may not be affected. Contact us with any questions.
